Don't cry, he said to her
it makes me angry
don't cry cos you feel hurt by me
it makes me angry
I can't change, I wont,
you must take me as I am
accept my destruction
accept my lies
when you remind me of those
I get angry with you
I feel the guilt, but I don't listen
I just go deeper into destruction
inviting pain
a crevice so huge that soon we can't pass
a set of life that close the eye
attempts to shut it out
denial is the enemy of life
My tears are with you
but I also see what your destruction
did to us all
I am taking back what is mine
the right to see what is right in front of my eyes...
